Gurmeet has served in front line & management positions for organizations such as Pratt & Whitney Canada, Curtiss Wright and General Electric. As a solutions developer, people leader and digital lean enthusiast, he blends his varied business-technical background to lead best in class digital & lean transformation initiatives.
Gurmeet is featured in several articles and blogs on the subjects of leadership, digital lean systems and data efficiency. With industry experience and extensive training in the Toyota Production System, Internet of Things and Leadership and Change Management, Gurmeet brings a strong foundation to any change.

The new Digital Lean approach observes both the physical (human & material) movement as well as the digital (data) movement. The application of this hybrid approach has been used to increase throughput, reduce down time (human & machine) and increase the bottom line.
Throughout Gurmeet’s journey he has had the honour to be exposed to many different experiences. Each one taught a valuable lesson on time. What he has learned over the years is that time manages us better than we can manage it. A major cause of this is a broken process and a stagnant culture.
